Single-Source Finishing
Our machine shop operates directly off the foundry floor. Castings are processed from the mold to the CNC machine without leaving the facility — no outside vendor, no shipping risk, no schedule handoff. Our machinists are familiar with every alloy we pour and understand the machining characteristics of bronze, nickel, aluminum, and stainless castings.
Every machined casting is dimensionally inspected before it ships. CMM reports, surface finish measurements, and thread gauging results are documented and furnished with the order. For Navy and defense deliveries, we provide full machining and inspection documentation in the delivery package.

In-House Capability
CNC turning, boring, milling, and CMM inspection — all under one roof with the foundry
