Non-destructive testing of castings to detect internal and surface discontinuities without damaging the part. Radiographic testing (RT), dye penetrant (PT), and magnetic particle (MT) inspection performed in-house or through qualified third-party NDT labs to customer and specification requirements.

Pressure TestingHydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic pressure testing of machined castings to verify pressure boundary integrity for valve bodies, pump housings, and fluid system components. Testing performed to customer-specified pressure, hold time, and acceptance criteria with full documentation for Navy and commercial deliveries.
